In this episode, I'm sharing a personal update about my own season of life and some lessons I've been learning about capacity, commitments, and self-control.

Many of us are carrying more than we were ever meant to carry. We say yes to too many responsibilities, expect too much from ourselves, and wonder why we feel exhausted all the time. The problem isn't always motivation. Sometimes we've simply reached our limit.

We'll talk about some common signs that you're living beyond your capacity, including feeling like your home is always in recovery mode, struggling with chronic overwhelm, starting projects you can't maintain, and feeling irritated by everyday responsibilities like laundry, dishes, and basic home management.
